Date of Visit: August 4, 2026, around 5:30 PM Today my family experienced one of the most humiliating customer service experiences we have ever had at the One9 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I was with my intellectually disabled niece, her 3-year-old daughter, and my autistic adult daughter, who also has ADHD. We live about an hour away and often stop at this location when we have doctor's appointments in Rock Hill. Instead of driving straight home, we usually buy drinks and snacks, use the restroom, sit outside in the shade, and sometimes browse items we plan to purchase on future visits. We have always paid for our purchases. On this visit, my niece and daughter had already purchased several items, including three phone chargers. They went back inside only to change the baby. This is a very clean truck stop! Super friendly and attentive staff! Very grateful for enforcement of reserved parking. It means a lot to be able to pull in and park after lengthy delays due to traffic and painfully slow warehouses. Thank you ONE9 Travel Center!!

The place has been updated… looks pretty good… seems like they forgot to update the bathrooms and make it to where u can book a shower on the App… as far as the parking goes… good luck… sure was a lot of trucks sitting that wasn’t occupied… also drop trailers and bob tails taking up spots where someone could park! They have this Nice Note on the door but looks like that isn’t getting in forced… they need someone that works out side picking up trash and checking the lot more often
